With 25 years’ experience in energy sector, both at the Company level and as a General Contractor., Matteo is currently in charge of TEA Sistemi’s resources and operations as Chief Executive Officer.

Initially employed by a major oil and gas company, he assumed various technical roles primarily across the EMEA region. Over the course of his career, Matteo has then served as a project manager for large onshore and offshore installations. He later held the roles of COO and CEO at a Swiss-based private equity fund with significant exposure to energy and mining activities.

Matteo holds a Master’s degree in Geology (Milan) and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Rome).
